Kari Rappoccio, a resident of Hampton, South Carolina was born in Idabel, Oklahoma, and graduated from Haworth High School in 1994. She went on to serve proudly in the United States Air Force, where she worked in Personnel, Mortuary Affairs, and as a member of the Honor Guard, assisting in more than 150 military funerals. Her 20-year career took her to bases in New Mexico, South Korea, Florida, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, and Maryland, where she retired with honor.

After her military service, Kari followed her calling in funeral care. She earned her associate degree in Mortuary Science from Piedmont Technical College in 2023, where she also became cremation certified. She is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in South Carolina and an active member of the National Funeral Directors Association, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and Pi Sigma Eta National Morticians Fraternity.

Kari and her husband, Jason, married in 2003 and have a blended family of five children and seven grandchildren. She is devoted to serving families with compassion and takes great pride in guiding them with care during their time of need.
