It must have been mid to late '80s...you were friends with my mom (Darlene Ranly), and step dad (Mark Snodgrass), you feel asleep and we painted yer face. It's not the only memory...but it's my favorite. Be sure to say hi to momma, and Grandpa "Buddy" Allen when you get to heaven.

You will be dearly missed Mr Billy, you were a great person and a wonderful pop pop. I feel blessed to have had you in my life. I know you will be watching over Dixie ,and i have told her she now has her very own guardian angel to watch over her, (keep her straight)
