Tina Craven

Mrs. Tina Gail Craven, 55, of Walterboro entered into eternal rest Tuesday morning, May 10, 2022 at Summerville Community Hospice House. 

Tina was born May 10, 1967 in Tampa, Florida.  If you knew Tina, you knew that she was an avid animal lover and was dedicated to animal rescue, always making sure that every animal had a good home and was taken care of.  She was the owner of Tangled Toes Pet Salon in Walterboro.  She loved music, loved cooking, and especially loved playing Yahtzee.  Tina was a creative and unique individual with a wild sense of humor.  More than anything, she loved her family.  She was her mommy’s baby, a wonderful wife, dedicated mother, and amazing grandmother.    

Surviving are: her husband, Micah Craven; her mother, Shirley O’Kelley Smith (Lewis); daughters, Tera Craven and Jessica Craven; one that she loved like her daughter, Jess Stanley; grandchildren, Shane, Raine, Easton and Cohen; sisters, Dusti Dotson and Cyndi Colson (Mike); brothers, Darrell Hershberger and Dereck Smith (Eva); beloved nieces and nephews, Malena Grosbeck, Amonda Dotson, Sonia Carbolloso, Alana Scite (Matt), Annie Mae Smith, Ashlee Kittrell (AJ), Aimee Ackerman, James Colson, Daniel Smith, and Jordan Smith; and a host of extended family and friends that she dearly loved.

Funeral services will be held 3 o’clock, Friday afternoon, May 13, 2022 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  The family will receive friends following the service.
