Mrs. Sherryl Lounette McMillan, 69, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Tuesday morning, November 24, 2020 at Colleton Medical Center.
Born May 6, 1951 in Hampton County, she was a daughter of the late Willard Mixson and Sarah Freeman Mixson. She was a devoted and active member of Victory Baptist Church. She enjoyed working in her yard. She dearly loved her family and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are: her husband of 52 years, James Edward McMillan of Walterboro; children, Brian McMillan and his wife Michelle of Walterboro and Chad McMillan of Walterboro; grandchildren, Stephanie McMillan, James “JB” McMillan, Lauren McMillan and Ethan McMillan; sisters, Jean Herndon and her husband Randall of Walterboro and Connie Hammond of Walterboro; brother, Keith Kinard of Walterboro; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Mixson; and sisters, Grace Kinard, Wanda Lamb, LaTrelle Ramsey, and Carol Lane.
A funeral service will be held 5 o’clock, Wednesday afternoon, November 25, 2020 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel.
