Richard Paul Looten, 82, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away early Tuesday night, September 29, 2020 at the Veterans Victory House in Walterboro. Mr. Looten was born July 9, 1938, in Jefferson City, Missouri; he was the son to the late Mr. Gilbert Looten and the late Florence Hiot Looten.
With great pride and admiration he served his country and became a proud veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Nelly Casarrubias Looten, of Myrtle Beach; daughters, Debra L. Keely, of Arizona and Cindy Bangardner, of New Mexico; five grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Fisher, of Missouri.
A private burial will take place at a later date in Jefferson City, Missouri.
