Mr. Kevin Ashley Hill, 43, of Walterboro, entered into rest Monday evening, February 8, 2021, as a result of injuries sustained during an accident in Colleton County.
Born June 1, 1977, in Charleston, South Carolina, he was a son of Mrs. Sandra Jones Hill and the late Mr. James Steven Hill. Kevin worked most of his life and excelled as a specialty painter. He, in his younger years, dearly loved hot wheels which grew into an avid obsession for motorcycles. He also enjoyed playing baseball, fishing, and was an avid Clemson fan.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Columbia are: his wife, Tanya Cook Hill; a daughter, Windee Storm Hill of Hampton; a sister, Katina Orenstein and her children, Kiser Hill, Kalee Steedley, and Kinsey Crosby; his step-mother, Betty Rhoden Hill; a step-brother, Otis “Bubba” Rhoden, Jr.; and his mother-in-law, Barbara Cook. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Samuel Jones, Alma Kiser, Otis Hill, and Mary Ginn Hill and his beloved dog, Daisey Mae who was his greatest love and devotion.
Funeral services will be conducted 5 o’clock Saturday afternoon, February 13, 2021, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The family will receive friends following the funeral ceremony.
