Judy Harding

Mrs. Judy Hunt Harding, 76, of Summerville, formerly of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Saturday morning, August 19, 2023, at Summerville Community Hospice House. She was the wife of the late Joseph Lee Harding.

Born September 16, 1946, in Milan, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Frederick Hunt and Mary Moody Hunt.  She was a nursing assistant having worked at Colleton Medical Center.  She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church No.1.  She loved spending time with her family and loved her dog and adopted cats.

Surviving are: her fiancé, Thurmond Williams of Summerville; children, Lisa Beckman of Indiana, James Harding of Washington, and Mary Reyes of Walterboro; 16 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren, and sisters, Joyce Huffman of Indiana and Jennifer Smith of Utah.  She was preceded in death by her son, Kenny Harding. 

Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Saturday morning, August 26, 2023, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial Cemetery, 2210 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.
