Mr. Joseph Thomas Stanley, 28, of Walterboro, passed away Sunday morning, August 16, 2020 as a result of injuries sustained during an automobile accident in Colleton County.
Born March 6, 1992 in Charleston, he was a son of Carla Matthews McDonald. J.T. was passionate about his family and friends and to those who knew him he was the gentlest soul you would ever meet. He worked hard, loved to shoot pool and sing karaoke. He also loved to cook and loved animals.
Surviving are: his parents, Carla and Brian of Walterboro; grandmother, Elaine Caudle of Summerville; brothers, Anthony Hiers of Walterboro, James DeLoach of St. George, and Troy White of Charleston; sister, Bailey Klein of Florida; aunts, Patti Abbott (Greg) of Tennessee and Donna Ware (Charles) of Walterboro; uncles, Mark Phifer (Ava) of Walterboro and James (Laura) Phifer of Greenville; and cousins, Tanner, Alison, Brandon, Kaylee, Kyle, and Tyler.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, August 22, 2020 from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.
