Obituary
Mr. James Monroe Padgett, 74, of Lodge, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023, at Roper Hospital in Charleston. He was born February 11, 1949, in Colleton County and was the son of the late James Nathaniel Padgett and Jennie Lillian Crosby Padgett.
Surviving are: his children, Wyatt Padgett and his wife Kimberly and Jaime Infinger and her husband Tony; sisters, Jennie “Midge” Laird, Betty Hagan, and Susan Dew; 8 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tanya Padgett Lyons.
