Mrs. Jackie Crosby Chapman, 69, of Round O, entered into eternal rest Tuesday evening, October 6, 2020 at her residence.
Born November 21, 1950 in Walterboro, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Julian Crosby and Mildred Mixon Crosby. She attended Bethlehem Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers and also loved going to the beach and vacationing. Most of all, she loved her family and centered her life around them.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Wayne Davis of Round O, who she spent 41 years with; her children, Greg Bennett (Katie) of Walterboro, Julie Pellum (Will) of Round O, Barbara Walden of Walterboro, Bo Chapman (Keeley) of Walterboro and Edward Chapman of Walterboro; grandchildren, Bridgett Pellum, James Walden, III, William Pellum, III, Michael Chapman, Priscilla Chapman, A.J. Chapman, and Lindsey Chapman; great grandchild, Madisyn Peters; brother, Wally Crosby; and sisters, Lena Moore, Mary Herrington, and Jean Shaw. She was preceded in death by two grandsons, Daniel Bennett and Pedro Bennett; and her siblings, A.J. Crosby, Frank Crosby, Harry Crosby, Jimmy Crosby, Danny Lee Crosby, Martha Mitchum, and Ellen Crosby.
