Helen Fralix

Mrs. Helen Key Fralix, 90, of Ehrhardt, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Lowcountry Assisted Living in Ehrhardt.  She was the widow of the late Howard McGhee Fralix.

Born June 27, 1929 in Colleton County, she was a daughter of the late Corey Pinckney Key and Mary Clarkson Key.  She was a faithful lifelong member of Wesley Grove United Methodist Church.  Mrs. Helen was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to raising her family.

Surviving are: her children, Joel (Chari) Fralix of North Augusta, Sherrill Fralix of Lodge, Wayne (Carmen) Fralix of St. Augustine, Florida, Dean (Candace) Fralix of Ehrhardt, Glenn (Lynn) Fralix of Islandton, Mary Lanier of Lodge, and Lowell (Suzanne) Fralix of Barnwell; sisters, Fern (John Wesley) Ulmer and Millie McMillan, both of Lodge; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by sister, Carol Kirkland and her husband Buddy; and brother-in-law, Rick McMillan.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 2600 Confederate Highway, Ehrhardt.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday morning beginning at 10 in the church sanctuary.
