Mr. Harvey Glen Prescott, 69, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Sunday evening, November 5, 2023, at his residence.
Born October 14, 1954, in Germany, he was a son of the late Harvey Leon Prescott and Hazel Benton Robertson. Harvey was a truck driver for over 35 years, having worked for John Smith Jr. Logging and Ralph Hester Trucking in Florida. Known to everyone by his CB handle, “Bulldog”, he enjoyed going to 18-wheeler truck shows and talking about trucking with his friends. He also enjoyed NASCAR and spending time with his friends.
Surviving are: his son, Glen Prescott of Walterboro; sisters, Sharon Hiers and her husband Herbert and Mildred Robertson, all of Walterboro; brother, Tarris Prescott of Walterboro; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Chris and Amy Carter of Walterboro. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Rebecca Prescott, Pamela Prescott, and Nancy Hunnewell.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock, Thursday evening, November 9, 2023, at THE BRICE W.
