George W Jarrell, Jr.

Mr. George William Jarrell Jr. (Bubba), 62, of Horsegall, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 16, 2021 after an extended illness. 

Born May 18, 1958 in Hampton County, South Carolina, Bubba was the son of the late G.W. Jarrell, Sr. and Margie Jarrell. He was the only boy and was spoiled by his four loving sisters. Bubba worked as a carpenter for over 30 years. In his younger years he enjoyed working on cars and was happy to tell anyone that his blood ran Ford blue. In the most recent years, he enjoyed woodworking and restoring old pieces of furniture in his workshop that he built himself. He was a proud Christian and loving husband, father, granddaddy, brother and uncle to all of his family and friends. 

Surviving are: his beloved wife of 40 years, Terry Lynn Jarrell; a daughter, Paige Jarrell Mixson (Trey) of Varnville, SC; sisters, Dorothy Brunson (Wayne) of Early Branch, Darlene Jarrell of Early Branch, SC, Georgie Ann Jarrell of Early Branch, SC, and Ellen Crosby (Maurice) of Early Branch, SC; his pride and joy, his grandson Daniel Elliott Mixson of Varnville, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Graveside funeral services will be held 1 o’clock, Friday afternoon, March 19, 2021 at Pine Level Baptist Church Cemetery, Early Branch.
