Elizabeth Ann Wise

Elizabeth Ann Wise, 72, of Cottageville, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 29, 2023, at Colleton Medical Center.  She was born July 5, 1950, in Jamestown, South Carolina.  She was a daughter to the late Liza Ann Tanner.

Elizabeth was a outstanding and award winning cosmetologist.  She was dedicated to her work for over thirty years and she shared her talents by training students in cosmetology.  Outside of her professional career, she was a loving mother and grandmother, always adoring her grandbabies.   

She is survived by: her children, James A. Wise, II (Mary), and Barbara O’Brien; her grandchildren, James A. Wise III, Genevieve Wise, Patrick Wise, Timothy O’Connor, Sarah Ann O’Connor and AnnMarie Michelle Wise.  She is also survived by her sisters, Linda Fort and Geraldine Adams; and her brothers, Jay Munn and Darrell Cook. 

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
