Mrs. Elizabeth Martin Farrell, 100, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Tuesday morning, July 26, 2022 at her residence under the care of Agape Hospice. She was the widow of the late Madison Elliott Farrell, Sr.
Born September 4, 1921 in Islandton, she was a daughter of the late James Duncan Martin and Annie Eliza Herndon Martin. She was a retired seamstress from Country Miss Manufacturing. She was a member of Doctor’s Creek Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Dorcas Sunday School Class. Mrs. Elizabeth was a great southern cook, enjoyed sewing, and deeply loved her family.
Surviving are: her son, James Farrell and his wife Paulette of Walterboro, daughter, Sandra Curtis and her husband Ken of Walterboro; daughter-in-law, Margaret Maxey Farrell of Walterboro; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Friday morning, July 29, 2022 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Interment will follow in Doctor’s Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 126 Doctors Creek Road, Walterboro.
