Debbie Francis Reeves

Ms. Debbie Hickman Reeves, 64, of Myrtle Beach, entered into rest Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Grand Strand Medical Center.  She was the wife of the late George Robert Reeves, Sr.

Born August 7, 1956, in Walterboro, she was a daughter of Junior Martin Hickman and Mary Rebeccah Hiers Hickman.   She was the co-owner of George and Son Construction.  She was a member of Adams Run Baptist Church.  She will always be remembered as the best mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to ever bless this earth. 

Surviving are: three children, Tonya Tacquard and her husband Ron, George Reeves all of Myrtle Beach and Michael Shane Reed of Myrtle Beach ; a brother, Walter Hickman of Walterboro; three sisters, Peggy Wadell of Walterboro, Dale Clark of Ladson, and Dorothy McGrew of Walterboro; nine grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.  She is also survived by all those who touched her life and those whom she touched.  She always welcomed others with open arms throughout her life.  

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30pm Wednesday afternoon, April 14, 2021, from Adams Run Baptist Church, 8113 Highway 162, Hollywood.  She will be eternally laid to rest in the church cemetery.   The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 2:30pm in the church sanctuary.
