Deana Runell Benton

Deana Runell Benton, age 49, entered into rest Friday evening, August 14, 2020, at her home in Bowman.  

Born September 1, 1970, in Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Allen Dean Benton and the late Odessa Fowler Benton.   She was a of the Baptist faith.  Deana will always be remembered for her love and talent with crafts.  She was full of “sass” and dearly loved her grandchildren. 

Surviving are: a daughter, Candace Arnold and her husband Jodie of Ruffin; three grandchildren, Javeon Williams, Olivia Arnold, and Charley Arnold’ a brother, Frankie Benton of Florida; a her “sister cousin”, Teresa Looper of Bowman. 

Funeral services will be conducted 11:30am Tuesday morning, August 18, 2020, from the graveside at Pine Grove Baptist Churchyard, 99 Pine Grove Road, Walterboro.
