On Sunday, July 4, 2021, David L. Murdaugh of Ruffin, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 54.
David was born on July 11, 1966 in Walterboro, South Carolina to Carroll and Joan Wilkerson Murdaugh. David was a hardworking man. He had been employed at Bull Point Plantation for 17 years where he formed a second family. David was an avid outdoorsman who loved any and all forms of hunting and fishing. He loved his church, Hendersonville Baptist, and his church family. He began the Royal Ambassadors (RA) program at the church, where he was able to incorporate his love of children and his love of God.
