Mrs. Brenda Bussey Crawford, 87, of Hendersonville entered into rest Tuesday evening, June 14, 2022, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro. She was the loving wife of fifty-six years to the late Mr. Robert L. Crawford.
Born June 26, 1934, in Dedham, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Alton and Laura Mace Bussey. She worked as a court transcriptionist and was a very determined, self-made person. She instantly became a friend to anyone she encountered in life and always possessed a great sense of pride. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.
Surviving are: three sons, Jefferey Crawford of Litchfield, CT, Grant Crawford (Mary Patricia) of Hendersonville, SC, and Scott Crawford of Driggs, ID; and a sister, Kay Crozier. There are four grandchildren, Charlotte Crawford, Sam Crawford, Brennon Roberts, and Amber Roberts; and niece, Laura Keelan. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Crawford.

The Relatives and Friends of Mrs. Brenda Crawford are invited to attend her services of remembrance and thanksgiving at 11 o’clock Saturday morning, June 18, 2022, in Salem United Methodist Church, 7191 Hendersonville Highway, Walterboro. The family will receive friends following the funeral ceremony in the church sanctuary.
