Mrs. Brenda Lee Ellis, 57, of Estill, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 22, 2024, at her residence.
Born June 13, 1966, in Providence, Rhode Island, she was a daughter of the late John Klemence Kutniewski and Denise Ellen Hobday. She was a paramedic and worked in Hampton County, Colleton County, and Jasper County. She loved the outdoors, camping, cross stitching, and crocheting blankets, hats, and doilies. She also loved to cook, was a great baker and enjoyed canning jellies, jams and homemade sauces. Brenda especially loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren who called her “Grandma Brenda” and her great grandchildren who called her “GiGi”. She was always willing to help anyone in need and will always be remembered as a loving mother and wonderful mother-in-law.
Surviving are: her husband, Glenn Wiggins of Branchville; children, Shea Ellis of Estill and Brittany Ellis (Wayne Sauls) of Lodge; step-son, Austin Wiggins (Ariel) of Boise, Idaho; grandchildren, Hunter, Tristen, and Holly; great granddaughter, Addilyn; best friend, Hilary Garzarelli of Coventry, Rhode Island; her first husband, Charles Ellis; as well as a host of extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael; and brother, John Kutniewski.
Funeral services will be held 11 o’clock, Saturday morning, March 30, 2024, at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Varnville.
