William Ragland

Mr. William Kent Ragland, Sr., 73, of Round O, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 at his residence.  Born June 20, 1942 in Charleston, he was a son of the late Earl Victor Ragland and Marguerite Wellington Sharp Ragland.  He was the husband of Betty Davis Ragland.  Mr. Ragland was a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, had worked for the Bosch Company in Charleston for 15 years, and had also worked at FloraLife for many years.
