Mr. William Jay Horrell, Sr., age 92, entered into rest Friday afternoon, May 13, 2016, at the Veteran’s Victory House in Walterboro.
Mr. Horrell was born January 30, 1924, a native of Indiana City, Pennsylvania and was a son of the late John Clyde Horrell and the late Helen Frieda Lohman Horrell. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a retired master commercial carpenter.
