William Hiott

Mr. William Earl Hiott, III, 50, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Monday, November 3, 2014 at Colleton Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held 11 am, Thursday, November 6, 2014 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home, Walterboro Chapel. Interment will follow in Sandy Dam United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Born October 5, 1964 in Walterboro, he was a son of Carolyn Jones Hiers and the late William Earl “Billy” Hiott, Jr. He was a member of Zion Baptist Church and had served his country in the South Carolina National Guard. William was an employee of Quality Material Solutions and was a former Sales Manager with Rizer Chevrolet, where he had worked for 18 years. William loved going to the river with his family and friends, enjoyed fishing, riding 4-wheelers, and working in his shop.

Surviving are: his wife, Kimberly Wright Hiott of Walterboro; children, Patrick Hiott of Walterboro and Olivia Hiott of Walterboro; mother, Carolyn Jones Hiers of Charleston; grandmothers, Phoebe Hiott of Walterboro and Letha Jones of Walterboro; sister, Kristy Brown and her husband Art of Columbia; and his beloved dog, Reese.
