Mr. Earl Wayne Hicks, Jr., 43, of Walterboro, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015.
Wayne was born May 2, 1972 in Walterboro and was a son of Earl Wayne Hicks, Sr. and Deborah Benton. He was always known as a jack of all trades, but most of all he will be remembered for the love he had for everyone and everyone loved him in return.
Surviving are: his mother, Deborah Benton and her fiancé, Wendell “Paz” Lyons of Walterboro; wife, Heather Reardon Hicks of Walterboro; daughter, Kimberly “Sweet Pea” Hicks of Walterboro; sisters, Shonda Strickland of Walterboro and Jennifer Moore and her husband Scottie of Walterboro; brother, Aaron Benton of Walterboro; aunt and uncle, Theresa “Auntie Rea” and George “Uncle Puddin” Padgett of Walterboro; his pit terrier who was his faithful companion, “Baby Gurl”; and many nieces, nephews, and cousinons.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his funeral fund, Post Office Drawer 50, Walterboro, SC 29488.
