Wanda Rentz Martin

Ms. Wanda Rentz Martin, 65, of Ehrhardt, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Funeral services will be held at 3 pm, Sunday, March 6, 2016 at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral home, Ehrhardt-Bamberg Chapel. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Born January 17, 1951 in Orangeburg, she was a daughter of the late Claude Harper Rentz and Alberta Strickland Rentz. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who spent most of her life taking care of others.
Surviving are: her husband, Donald Edward Martin of Ehrhardt; children, Greg Rentz and his wife Belinda of Ehrhardt, Derek Martin and his wife Heather of Branchville and Mandy Bishop of Ehrhardt; grandchildren, Briar Bishop, Aubrey Martin, Victoria Martin, Danielle Easterling, Ashton Easterling, Russell Bowen, Laura Tobul and Brandi Varn; great grandchild, Kynslie Varn; sisters, Claudia Chassereau and her husband Olin of Lexington, Janice Futch and her husband Rhomie of Manning, Marilyn Doremus of Ehrhardt, Debra Russell and her husband Larry of Bamberg, and Kendra Gustafson and her husband Glenn of Ehrhardt; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lawton Alyssa Bishop; and a great grandson, Liam Varn.
Family and friends will meet at the home of Larry and Debra Russell, 6766 Hunter’s Chapel Road, Bamberg, SC.
