Mrs. Vera Jones Newington, age 99, of Walterboro, entered into rest Thursday evening, September 17, 2026, at Magnolias of Walterboro. She was the loving wife of the late Mr. Duane Edwin Newington.
Arrangements for her funeral service which will be held in Bethel United Methodist Church in Walterboro are incomplete at this time and will be announced soon by Brice Herndon's Walterboro Chapel, 843.538.5408.
