Mr. Stephen Tyler Westbury, age 24, of Walterboro, entered into rest Monday evening, April 7, 2025, at his home with his loving family at his side and under the care of Agape Hospice.
Born March 16, 2001 at Summerville Medical Center he was a son of Stephen D. Westbury and Tiffany Rohde Westbury. He was a 2020 graduate of Colleton County High School and had worked alongside his father and brothers at Carolina Air Care. He was very talented at woodworking, dearly loved the outdoors and was a huge gun enthusiast. Tyler was an avid fisherman who enjoyed bow fishing and being on the lake. Family was an immense part of his life and being with those he loved was paramount in his life.
Surviving in addition to his parents of Walterboro are: his wife, Blair Brown Westbury; four siblings, Whitney Westbury Seigler (Scott), Cameron Westbury (Tansi), Bradley Westbury, and Jace Westbury all of Walterboro, his maternal grandparents, Richard and Joyce Rohde, nieces and nephew, Kimberly Seigler, Cade Westbury, and Helen Tyler Westbury; his mother-in-law, Robin Neal of Walterboro; and two sisters-in-law, Mikayla Brown and Kennedy Hughes; as well as a large and loving host of cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Amy Crosby.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o’clock Thursday afternoon, April 10, 2025, from Bethel Baptist Church, 3481 Sidneys Road, Walterboro. Pastor Bruce Fox officiating. Interment will follow in the churchyard.
The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony beginning at 1 o’clock that afternoon in the church sanctuary.
