Biography
Mr. Thomas Carroll Rowley, affectionately known as "Tommy", age 75, of Walterboro, entered into rest Sunday afternoon, July 20, 2014, at his residence under the care of Agape Hospice.
Born January 13, 1939, a native of Richmond, Virginia he recently made the Lowcountry of South Carolina his home. He served our country in the United States Air Force a period of twenty-four years having service during Desert Storm and retiring with the rank of Technical Sergeant. He then was employed with Westvaco where he retired from that career with twenty-two years of dedicated service.
He is survived his by his loving wife of thirty years, Mrs. Connie Lou Walker Rowley.
