Thelma “Jean” Bryan, age 88, of Ruffin, South Carolina, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 6, 2020 at her granddaughter’s home in Yulee, Florida.
Mrs. Bryan was born in Nashville, Georgia to the late Sidney and Myrtle King Grant. Mrs. Bryan worked in used car sales and was part owner of B & S Motors and later retired as the cafeteria manager at Emma Love Hardee Elementary School. Mrs. Bryan was a member of the Hampton Church of God of Prophecy. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was loved by many.
Mrs. Bryan leaves behind her husband, James “Bo” Bryan, Her sister Sandra Sowa, MA; three brothers, Sidney Grant, Eddie Grant and Ronnie Grant all of MA; daughter, Cheryl Frost of Yulee, Florida; grandchildren, Cheri Fisher (Tim) , J.J. Sinclair (Michelle), Christopher Sinclair, Casandra Carnes, Ben Sinclair (Becky), Mark Kerlin (Casey); many great-grandchildren and numerous other family members whom she loved dearly.
The funeral service for Mrs. Bryan will be held Saturday, 1 o’clock, January 2, 2021 at the Hampton Church of God of Prophecy, 201 Plywood Street 29924 Hampton, South Carolina.
Interment will follow in the Bryan’s Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends for a time of visitation prior to the service at the Hampton Church of God of Prophecy from 12 o’clock until 1 o'clock.
