Thaddeus S. Sires, Jr.

Mr. Thaddeus Seal Sires, Jr., age 64, of Adams Run, entered into rest Saturday afternoon, June 18, 2022 at his residence.

Born December 12, 1957, in Colleton County, South Carolina, he was the son of Mrs. Gloria Jean Newton Sires and the late Mr. Thaddeus S. Sires, Sr.   He enjoyed the outdoors, especially farming, his tractors and trucks.  He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church at Adams Run.

Surviving in addition to his mother, Gloria are: three aunts, Annette Franklin, Janey Crosby, and Carolyn Freymuth.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 o’clock Thursday morning, June 23, 2022, from Hopewell Baptist Church, 6869 Parkers Ferry Road, Adams Run.  The Reverend Naveen Balakrisnan officiating.   Interment will follow in the churchyard.

The family will receive friends prior to the funeral ceremony Thursday morning beginning at 10 o’clock in the church sanctuary.
