Susan Zeluff

Susan Lynn Zeluff, affectionately known by everyone who knew her as Zeller, passed away Tuesday, December 5th, shortly after her 67th birthday.

She was born November 23,1956 in Mountain Home Arkansas to Dr. James Daniel Zeluff and Elizabeth Ann Zeluff. She and her younger sister Mary spent their early childhood in Scotland and moved to Hendersonville NC. She is preceded in death by her father and her life partner. She is survived by her mother and her sister.

She spent her early career as a Ski Instructor during the winters and as a Golf Professional in the summers. Incredibly creative and artistic, she enjoyed a variety of hobbies.

She spent most of her life in North Carolina and Tennessee then later moved to Edisto Island, South Carolina, the place she considered her true home and where she lived out her life.

Her greatest passion and joy in life came from her many friends whom she cherished. Funny, articulate, well read and well oiled, she enjoyed life and shared it with her friends.

The family would like to thank all of her friends at Edisto who loved and cared for her.

Per her wishes, a small private service will be held on Edisto at a future date. Please honor her with a toast the next time you gather with friends.
