Steve Fralin

William Steven Fralin, 71, of Walterboro, entered into rest Friday evening, January 22, 2021, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Born July 26, 1949, in Walterboro, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Harry Fenton Fralin and the late Joyce Lake Fralin.    Steve loved life on the water.  He was a boat Captain having started and operated Ugly Ducklin Charters on Edisto Island.  He was a charter member of the Colleton Rural Fire Department.  He was loved by many and will always be remembered as being larger than life.

Surviving are:  his wife, Mrs. Sharon “Sherri” Trimble Mizell; four children, Bryan Fralin, Justin McDonald, Matthew Kermit Mizell, and Casey Mizell Bober; a sister, Pat Fralin DeLoach and her husband Dr. Buddy DeLoach; and seven great grandchildren.   He was preceded in death by a son, Shane Fralin.
