Stephen Carl Rowe

Mr. Stephen Carl Rowe, 62, of Walterboro, South Carolina, passed away surrounded by his family Sunday, December 15, 2019 at his home. He was the husband of Mrs. Valerie Rowe.

Born August 19, 1957 in Savannah, Georgia, a son of the late Mr. Carl Rudolph Rowe and Mrs. Marion May Jackson Rowe. Mr. Rowe worked as a Quality Control Safety Manager with BID Group. He was a good hard working family man. Family always came first to him and he always desired to stay close, no matter where he worked. He was an avid painter.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife, Valerie D. Rowe; sons, Christopher Rowe, Dale Rowe, Blake Rowe, and Jason Howard; daughters, Carla Rowe, Patricia Breeze (Christopher), Anita Wray, Andrea Moran (Shane), and Amanda Moran (Matt Douglas); twelve grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; a brother, Chuck Rowe (Victoria Rowe); a sister, Carolyn Marie Briggs (Neil) and nephews, Jamie Rowe (Kelly), Alex Rowe, and Oliver Rowe and nieces, Natasha Briggs and Catherine Rowe.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to: St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
