Sidney Earle Beach

Mr. Sidney Earle Beach, 54, of Walterboro, departed this life along with his loving companion, Janice Barnes Lemacks, early Sunday morning, September 11, 2016, in Walterboro as a result of injuries sustained during an automobile accident.

Funeral services will be conducted 4 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, September 14, 2016, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.  The Reverend Tim Soucy and The Reverend Rick Powell officiating.  Interment will follow in Mount Carmel Churchyard, 5277 Mount Carmel Road, Walterboro.

Born October 3, 1961, in Colleton County, South Carolina, he was a son of Mrs. Norma Jane Beach Lyons and Mr. Parker Arnett Lyons.  He was a residential and commercial electrician.  Sidney dearly loved his family and will always be remembered for the love he possessed for each of them as well as his passion for the outdoors.  He was an avid fisherman, enjoyed gardening and trips to the beach.   He was a member of Mount Carmel United Methodist Church.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Walterboro; three children, Sidney Dillon Beach and his wife Melissa of Walterboro, Sydney Rae Beach of Walterboro, and Dustin Beach of Walterboro; one he loved as a son, Dillon Youmans of Walterboro; five brothers, Dean Litchfield of Walterboro, Lucky Beach of Beaufort, Thomas Grayson of Walterboro, Allen Peters of Smoaks, and Pat Peters of Walterboro; and a sister, Sonya Nettles of Walterboro.  There are four grandchildren, Jason Lyons, Sarah Beach, Kobe Beach, and Gauge Beach.   He was preceded in death by a sister, Vickie Lyons.
