Schyler Koon

Mr. Schyler Logan Koon, 29, of Ehrhardt, entered into eternal rest Monday, November 25, 2024, at his residence.

Born September 21, 1995, in Walterboro, he was the son of Roger Lee Waltz and Angie Peters Waltz.  He was an avid outdoorsman, loved going to the river, and was a Carolina Gamecocks fan.  Schyler loved his family and will always be remembered for his big heart and his love of helping others.

Surviving are: his parents, Lee and Angie Waltz of Smoaks; his fiancé, Haley Renee Smith of Ehrhardt; his children, Tinsley Alivia Koon and Cameron Lux Koon of Ehrhardt; grandparents, Roger and Sonya Waltz of Smoaks and Debbie Stone of Ehrhardt; brothers, Bryce Lee Waltz and Hunter Miles Waltz (Christina); Haley’s parents, Roger and Theresa Smith of Ehrhardt; aunt, Amy Waltz Billbrough (Ray); and uncles, Tommy Layden (Brandon) and Chris Peters (Nicole). He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eugene Peters; and great grandparents, Furman and Nancy Peters.

Funeral services will be held 1 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, November 30, 2024, at Little Swamp United Methodist Church, Hunters Chapel Road, Smoaks.
