Sara Lynn Martin

Ms. Sara Lynn Martin, 57, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Thursday, December 2, 2021 at her residence.

Born July 26, 1964 in Walterboro, she was a daughter of the late William Calvin Benton and Sara Sellers Kemp-Carter.  Her greatest passion in life was taking care of others.  She worked with her mother for many years at Palmetto Boarding Home and had also worked as an Activities Assistant at Oakbrook Health and Rehabilitation.

Surviving are: her son, William Christopher Benton and his friend Cristal Bush of Vance; and her fiancé, Ray O’Quinn of Walterboro.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
