Sandra Walling

Mrs. Sandra Lynn Graham Walling, 60, of Walterboro, entered into rest Sunday afternoon, January 12, 2020, at the Hospice Cottage in Summerville.

Born April 19, 1959, in Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Roscoe Butler and the late Myrtle Marie Hayden Roberts and the step-daughter of the late Herbert M. Roberts.  For fifteen years, Sandra worked as a manager in several of the local meat departments in Walterboro.  She was a manager at Security Finance in Ridgeland.   She dearly loved her children, grandchildren, family and friends.  She will always be remembered for the love she possessed for bingo and fishing.

Surviving are: her husband of thirty-six years, Mr. George Russell Walling, Sr.; six children, Clyde Padgett, Jr. (Ashley) of Walterboro, Janet Lynn Murray of Walterboro, Rusty Walling (Teresa) of Ehrhardt, Matthew Walling (Courtney) of Walterboro, Justin Walling of Walterboro, and Amber Marie Brown of Walterboro; a sister, Linda Coker of Charleston; thirty grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 o’clock Sunday afternoon, January 19, 2020, from The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Chapel, Walterboro.   Interment will follow in Welch Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, 536 Welch Creek Road, Walterboro.
