Baby Samuel Grayson Hadwin, the first beloved blessing of Storm Grayson Hadwin and Rebecca Lynn Hadwin of Walterboro, was born sleeping Thursday, December 17, 2020, at The Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Without even knowing, he touched our lives as we looked with great anticipation to the joyful surprise that he would be to our families.
In addition to his parents he is survived by grandparents, Randy and Paula Courtney Hadwin of Islandton and Lanny and Barbara Bryant Driggers of Walterboro; great grandparents, Esther Courtney of North Charleston, John and Eva Gibson of Walterboro, Tony and Tammy Driggers of Walterboro, and Lanita Sulser of Summerville; and a great great great grandmother, Esther Gibson of Walterboro. Also surviving are aunts and uncles, Matthew, Elizabeth, Brittany, Andrew, Rhiannon, Teagan, Rylie, Ethan, Mattyson, and Michelle; as well as large host of extended family to include two great uncles Paul Bryant and T. J. Driggers; and a great aunt, Jennifer Bryant. He was preceded in death by great grandparents, Robert and June Hadwin, John Courtney, Jr., Charles Bryant, Michael Sulser, and John H. Gibson, Sr.
The family will hold private services.
