Biography
Mrs. Sally Sease Kinard, 96, of Ehrhardt, entered into eternal rest Friday, July 29, 2011 at Uni-Health Post Acute Care of Bamberg. She was first married to the late Arthur Vernon Sease and secondly to the late James Monroe Kinard.
Funeral services will be held 3 pm, Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Ehrhardt Baptist Church, Ehrhardt. Interment will follow in Ehrhardt Cemetery.
Mrs. Kinard was born November 14, 1914 in Mountville, SC and was a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Watts and Eliza Hudgens Watts. She was member of Ehrhardt Baptist Church and was a member of the U.D.C. Mrs. Sally enjoyed spending her time doing crossword puzzles and was an excellent seamstress, but most of all, she enjoyed cooking for her family and others.
Surviving are: her sons, James Sease and his wife Sandra and Wayne Sease and his wife Yvonne, all of Ehrhardt; brothers, Thomas Watts and Richard Watts, both of Clinton; sister, Eliza Tolbert of Greenwood; 6 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers, James H. Watts, Pascal Watts and Walter Watts; and sisters, Louella Carter, Thelma Bousley and Sarah Frances Watts.
