Mr. Russell C. Williams, 79, entered into rest Sunday afternoon, December 28, 2025, at his home in Yemassee while under hospice care. He was the husband to the late Mary Romano Williams.
Born November 20, 1946, in New York City, New York, he was a son of the late Russell C. Williams, Sr. and the late Doris Kelly Williams. Russell served his country in the U.S. Navy. He owned a typewriter repair service for many years. Russell enjoyed the company of good friends at San Miguel's in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Surviving are: a son Anthony "Tony" Russell Williams of Texas, a sister Sylvia Brannen of Rincon, Georgia, and a grandson Anthony Russell Williams, Jr.
