Roy William Dropps

Mr. Roy William Dropps, 65, of Walterboro, entered into rest Saturday evening, April 13, 2019, at his home in Walterboro.

Born March 22, 1954, in Colleton County, he was a son of the late Roger William Dropps and the late Marjorie Ellen Stanley Dropps.   He served in the United States Navy and worked in plastic manufacturing.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ernest R. Dropps.

He is survived by four aunts, Frances S. Pendarvis of Harleyville, Altha Lake of Walterboro, Jeanette Breland of Walterboor, and Mattie Hickman of Walterboro along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services with military honors will be conducted 2 o’clock Monday afternoon, April 22, 2019, from the graveside at Black Creek Baptist Churchyard, 4931 Black Creek Road, Walterboro with The Reverend Ricky Crosby officiating.
