Mr. Ronald Kay McMillan, known to everyone as “Ronnie”, 81 of Bamberg, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.
Born September 25, 1941 in Bamberg County, he was a son of the late Perry Lee McMillan and Hermine Beard McMillan. He served in the Air National Guard and retired from Delavan, Inc. Mr. Ronnie was a world-wide traveler and loved to travel to as many places as he could.
Surviving are: his son, Matthew McMillan and his wife Kelly of Lexington; granddaughter, Samantha Ashtyn McMillan; sisters, Gwen Kearse of Summerville and Harriett Hare of Orangeburg; sister-in-law, Joyce McMillan of Bamberg; his lifelong friend, Billy Myers of Ehrhardt; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joe McMillan.
A Celebration of Life will be held 11:30 am, Monday, March 6, 2023 at McMillan Cemetery, Spider Road, Bamberg.
