Ronald Christopher, Sr

Mr. Ronald Jervery Christopher, Sr., known by all as “Ronnie”, age 61, of Shot Gun Trail, Walterboro, entered into rest Sunday evening, March 24, 2013, at Trident Medical Center in Walterboro.

A celebration of his life will held during a visitation for family and friends from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock Friday evening, March 29, 2013, at The Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes, Walterboro Chapel.

Born December 27, 1951, a native of Charleston, South Carolina, he was a son of the late William Christopher and the late Ramona Burbage. He worked in the metal trade industry as a welder for thirty years and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are: two sons, Ronnie Christopher of Walterboro and Bobby Christopher of Cottageville; two daughters, Patti Christopher of Round O and Mary Beth Christopher of Walterboro; four brothers, Billy Christopher of Moncks Corner, David Christopher, Texas, Robert Christopher of Summerville, and Bruce Christpher of Georgia; and three sisters, Pam Fox of West Ashley, Doris Trotter of Hanahan, and Charlene Tops of Canada. There are fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild that also survives. He was preceded in death by a brother, Scotty Christopher.
