Mr. Robert Howard Tarcen, 86, of Hollywood, entered into enteral rest Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at the Veteran's Victory House in Walterboro. He was the husband of Marian Allston Tarcen. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a retired engineer.
