Robert A. Sanford

Mr. Robert Arlington Sanford, 70, of Walterboro, entered into rest Wednesday afternoon, September 4, 2024, at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.

Born September 27, 1954, in Charleston, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Arlington and Frances Worth Sanford.  He served our country faithfully in the United States Army and was a retired commercial construction foreman.

Surviving are: a brother, William “Bill” Sanford and his wife Nancy of Leland, North Carolina; a sister, Susan Hilton and her husband Mark of Summerville; and a host of extended family.

Private funeral services will be held at Beaufort National Cemetery.
