Mr. Robert Henry Crosby, Sr., 58, of Briar Creek Road, Estill, entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 5, 2011.
Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Hopewell Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Crosby was born December 21, 1952 in Columbia and was a son of the late William H. Crosby, Sr. and Katherine Crosby Stanley. He was a local farmer and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Surviving are: his sons, Robert H. Crosby, Jr. and his wife Suzanne H. Crosby of Estill and Reverend Kevin C. Crosby and his wife Shanna E. Crosby of Hardeeville; daughters, Kimberly L. Crosby and Curtis Simmons of Hampton and Karen C. Brunson and her husband Scott Brunson of Hampton; step-father, Wesley Stanley of Estill; brother, William H. Crosby, Jr. of Estill; sister, Vera C. Morris and her husband David of Sycamore; step children; Walt DeLoach and Blake DeLoach, both of Hampton; nephew, Billy Crosby and his wife Jennie G. Crosby; nieces, April Crosby and Cindy Ferguson; and 11 grandchildren.
