Richard E. Ziegler

Richard Eugene Ziegler, 57, of Walterboro, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday evening, November 18, 2022 at his residence.

Born May 1, 1965 in Charleston, South Carolina, he was a son to the late Richard Eugene Kelly and the late Josephine T. Mercurio.

Mr. Ziegler was known by many as a talented actor during his time in the entertainment industry. Richard was someone who would go to the end of earth to help anybody and he had a passion for making people laugh and smile.  He was a lover of all animals and would have been the best candidate to own and operate an animal shelter.  He had a thirty plus year dedication to the international court system.

He is survived by: his husband, Randall Clark Ziegler; his brothers, Frank Kelly, Ray Kelly and Patrick Kelly; a sister, Tammy Kelly-Hanson; he is also survived by: Miranda Baker, who was like a daughter to him.
