Ralph Wilson

Mr. Ralph Wilson, 91, of Round O, entered into rest Tuesday morning, September 15, 2026, at his residence while under hospice care. He was the husband of the late Mrs. Shirley Jumper Wilson.

Mr. Wilson was born October 2, 1934, in Conway, South Carolina. He retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard where he worked in Shop 57 as an Installer. Poppa Ralph dearly loved his family and always was there for those in need. He will always be remembered as an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are: his children, Susie Wilson, Kathy Leigh, Sheryl Tyler, Patricia Hardee, Tracy Lynn Fisher, and John Michael Benson, Sr.; as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his children, Donna Barbara, Marshall Young, Gordon Young, Ronnie Young, and Laura Christine Linkous.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that memorials be directed in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
