Raleigh Jolie Carson

Miss Raleigh Jolie Carson, infant daughter of Charles David Carson, Jr. and Jodie Lynn Smith, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held 2 pm, Friday, February 1, 2013 at Cross Swamp United Methodist Church Cemetery in Ashton. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving are: her parents, David and Jodie of Hampton; brother and sisters, Everett, Arizona and Jaylyn; maternal grandparents, Tony and Tracie Anderson of Hampton; paternal grandparents, Sharon Murdaugh Owens of Hampton and Edison Owens of Hampton; maternal great grandparents, Lanier Connelly of Sugar Loaf and Barbara Cornwell of Beaufort; paternal great grandmothers, Barbara “Bobbie” Murdaugh of Lodge and Frances DeLoach of Hampton; aunts, Leslie Harriott Cook of Varnville and Mindy Carson Miller of Augusta, Georgia; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Charles David Carson, Sr.; great grandparents, Patsy Connelly, James Shackelford, Andy Anderson, Clinton Murdagh and Melvin DeLoach; and uncle, Jamie Mixson.
