HAMPTON- Ms. Quandalin Lou Carr Cook, 58, of Hampton, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at her residence.



Funeral services will be held 5:30 pm, Saturday, September 27, 2008 in The Spirit of Life Church in Varnville. Interment will follow in Sand Hill Cemetery.



Quandy was born May 24, 1950 in Freeport, Texas and was a daughter of the late Vernice and JB Hudson and Shepard James. A longtime resident of Brazoria County, Texas, she moved her family to Georgia in 1985. She was a member of the Spirit of Life Ministries. She will be missed by all. May her spirit rest in heaven peacefully.



Quandy is survived by her 3 children and 4 grandchildren: son, John David Bailey of Estill and grandson, Gavin Bailey, daughter, Meleody Soto of Hampton and grandsons, Nicholas and Walker Soto, son, Jimmy J. Babo Carr, Jr. of Islandton and grandson, Hunter Carr. She was preceded in death by a son, Vernon Gene Carr and a sister, Verna Jean Clark.
